The excellent website of the Peace Palace Library (The Hague) posted three messages relevant for the history of international law:
  •  The announcement of  an upcoming lecture by dr. Maartje Abbenhuis (Auckland) on the 1899 and 19707 Hague Conferences, neutrality and the First World War (cf. dr.
